Stayed for two days (we rented both of the rooms) and it was amazing from the moment Adriano met us; comunication before our visit was beyond wonderful. The apartment itself was spacious, immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. Location was great for getting around and a short walk to the train station if you are going into Rome. And Adriano and his father were ridiculously kind. If you are staying in Civitavecchia, I highly recommend that you stay here.
